What is EastSide University?



EastSide University is an accredited adult education and workforce readiness school providing persons ages 17 and up with opportunities complete a high school equivalency certificate (GED) and develop skills leading to employment opportunities.



What classes does EastSide University offer?



EastSide University offers GED preparation, literacy, computer skills and technology applications, Spanish, English (includes Citizenship Exam Prep), and college and career electives.



How do I enroll?



Online registration is available through the website.



What do the classes cost?



Thanks to the generosity of EastSide University “Champions for Literacy,” class instruction is provided at no direct cost to the student. School supplies are the responsibility of each individual student. In some cases, students may be required to additionally purchase textbooks, flashdrives, and other course materials as needed.



Are there any fees?



There is a $25 registration fee per class due at the start of each term. Fees can be paid online or in person at the school.



How long are the classes?



As an accredited school, EastSide University conducts its classes in terms: Spring, Summer, and Fall. Individual progress and achievement is based on the amount of time, work, and commitment the student invests in her or his own education.
